Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, combine water, honey, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Simmer 12–15 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and let steep 10 minutes.
  4. Strain into a jar.
  5. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks. Serving Ideas: • Stir into hot tea • Drizzle over scones • Add to oatmeal • Mix with sparkling water
