Ingredients
- 1 lb stew beef, cubed
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown beef in a large pot.
- Add vegetables and garlic.
- Pour in broth and tomatoes.
- Simmer 1 hour until tender.
- Stir in peas and season to taste.
