Berry Cloud Delight
A light and fluffy fruit treat — whipped cream folded with marshmallow creme and mixed berries. No baking, no fuss.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ cup marshmallow creme
- Optional: fresh mint and extra berries for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the marshmallow creme until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the berries and stir softly to combine.
- Spoon into dishes and top with berries and mint.
- Serve and float away on a cloud of sweetness.
