Pear, Walnut & Blue Cheese Salad

A gentle balance of sweet and earthy — crisp pears, toasted walnuts, and creamy blue cheese on greens kissed with honey-lemon dressing.

Where crisp meets calm,
and sweetness hums low.

Instructions

  1. Slice the pears — keep the skin on for color and texture.
  2. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
  3. Whisk the dressing: oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble: layer the greens, pears, walnuts, and blue cheese. Sprinkle with cranberries or pomegranate seeds, if using.
  5. Dress and serve: drizzle lightly and toss just before serving.

Variations: add roasted sweet potato cubes for an autumn version; swap the pears for strawberries and use goat cheese in spring; or use maple syrup instead of honey in the dressing.
